Most orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express. Orders over $500 are eligible for free Express Mail shipping, just select at checkout.
UPS and Fedex overnight and 2-day shipping are also available at checkout.
All packages are shipped fully insured and require a signature for delivery. Signatures cannot be waived for any reason. Sorry!
Q: When will my order ship?
Each item is made to order. Most ship in two weeks or less. If you need it sooner let me know. I'll see what I can do.
I’ll contact you when your order is ready and provide tracking information. All packages require a signature.
I can do simple customizations on most items. This includes:
- lengthening/shortening chains
- using a different stone(s)
- changing a finish from oxidized to bright, etc.
Please contact me with your request and I'll let you know if there is a price difference. Note that rings are ordered by size. Sizes 1-9 are sold at the same price. Contact me for pricing on rings larger than size 9.
Custom orders require a deposit of ½ the quoted retail price. Once the deposit is received, the order will be processed.
Custom orders are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Q: When will my custom order ship?
Most custom orders ship within 3-4 weeks of deposit, depending on the complexity of the piece. Lead times may be longer during busy seasons (spring and holiday). I’ll provide you with a current ETD when you order.
If you purchased your jewelry at a store: returns are subject to the specific store's exchange policies. Please contact the store.
If you purchased the jewelry from the artist directly or via this website: jewelry in perfect condition that has not been customized can be returned within 14 days of purchase.Please notify me within 7 calendar days of delivery if you plan to return an item. The item must be shipped back within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Items that have been customized in any way may not be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges from customers to retail locations are subject to that personal stores exchange policies.
If you purchased an item directly from the artist or this website and wish to exchange an item but need the new item before the original is returned, you may purchase the new item and I will issue a refund for the original as soon as it is returned and inspected to ensure no damage has occurred.
Jewelry damaged by wear, improper handling or storage may not be eligible for return or exchange or may incur a fee.
Most plain bands may be sized up one full size free of charge; customer is responsible for shipping.
Sizing up more than one size will incur a charge for additional materials + shipping. Actual charge will depend on design and required materials.
Plain bands may also be sized down for a fee of $25 plus shipping.
Solitaires and bands with stones
Solitaires and bands with stones may also be sized up or down. Depending on your design the process may be simple or complex.
If you’re unsure of size when you order I’ll let you know if it’s easier to size your design up or down, so I can make small adjustments within two weeks of purchase free of charge and you pay only shipping.
If you need your ring re-sized later we’ll discuss the best options for your design and needs; pricing will be based on labor and materials.
Rings with patterned gold
Rings with 23K gold pattern may be sized down, though heating causes the gold to diffuse into the silver and must be reapplied. Depending on design it may be easier to special order the ring in a smaller size; please contact for pricing or sizing options.
Adjustable rings can be squeezed or opened about 1/4 size. They may be sized down; larger sizes must be special ordered.
Repairs due to faulty construction or design flaws will be repaired free of charge. Lightly bent ear wires may be corrected free of charge. Customer is responsible for shipping.
All other repairs will be charged a $25 repair fee plus cost of materials and shipping. These include:
- damage due to improper care, storage or cleaning (see Care & Storage information)
- elective repairs (ring sizing, chain lengthening/shortening, custom changes, etc.)
- regular damage due to fault of customer (dropping, pulling, crushing)
- catastrophic damage caused by machinery or equipment
As a courtesy, any regular damage incurred within 48 hours of purchase will be repaired free of charge. You must notify me or the gallery within 48 hours of purchase to take advantage of this offer. Customer is responsible for shipping.
Lost earring replacement
Any 1/2 pair of earrings from the production line may be replaced at 1/2 the current cost of the item. To ensure a perfect match it is recommended to send the existing earring.
Please discuss all repairs with me before sending any jewelry.
A limited number of repairs/modifications may be performed by a trusted local jewelry repair shop if it expedites the process. Examples may include chain replacement, lengthening/shortening or replacing stones lost from wear. Any third party repairs must be discussed and authorized by me before the repair is done. Because the texturing techniques in my jewelry are specialized and proprietary I am not responsible for any damage caused by unauthorized third-party repairs.
